11.1 Election, composition and voting:
11.1.1 Elections shall be held at least once every four years when due at an Annual or Special General Meeting to elect the Executive Council, Office Bearers and members as shown below, from amongst the eligible members /representatives present.
1. President
2. Nine (2) Vice-Presidents
3. Secretary General
4. Secretary
5. Treasurer
6. Two (2) Joint Secretaries
7. (Five) Executive Members
